Оставляла своего кота и кошку в отеле данной клиники. Хочу сказать что Ольга виновата в плохом содержании и присмотре за ними! Кота вернули с царапиной на лапке, видимо, зацепился об клетку и неудачно вырвал себе коготь. Вторую кошку получили в плохом состоянии, позже 2-3 дня спустя ее не стало, возили на капельницу, нам сказали что котёнка отравили. Ольга, ответственность на себя не берет, разговаривает грубо и не отвечает на звонки. Никакого сочувствия и извинений, потеряли любимого питомца. Не рекомендую, поберегите своих любимцев.

Здравствуйте.Это не человек,а мразь.Нет,чтобы помочь коту,она пишет "хватит распускать нюни,если хотите помощи,то идите в вет клинику,делайте операции и т.д...".Я конечно всё понимаю,но это ваша работа помогать животным или вы специально губите зверушек?Это вам доставляет удовольствие?Сколько жизней вы испортили и покалечили,многих лишили ихних любимцев.Если вы не можете нормально выполнять свою работу смените профессию и не губите другим жизнь

« Хирург» данной клиники во всяком случае, эта женщина дала себе данную специализацию, на самом деле является просто мошенницей Ольга Сайляева, забрала кота на лечение, диагноз был выявлен в другой клинике: вывих тазобедренной кости левой лапы. по итогу эта женщина разрезала коту две лапы причем после разреза здоровой позвонила уточнить, какая лапка являлась сломанной. Неделю держала у себя в клинике и утверждала, что кот здоров и все хорошо, по приезду кота домой, состояние его оставляло желать лучшего, кот не ел, не пил, блевал кровью, через неделю восстановился, эта женщина продолжала приезжать к нам и ставить ему «системы для улучшения состояния», швы не сняла, раны начали гнить, приехала попыталась что то сделать, лучше не стало, раны продолжали гнить и становились черного цвета, мы писали ей насчет этого в дальнейшем она ничего не отвечала. Сегодня мы повезли кота на осмотр в другую клинику, где ему промыли рану и сделали рентген, по итогу выявилось, что никакой операции эта женщина не производила, просто разрезала две лапы и зашила, так же рассказывала нам, что устанавливала спицы, по итогу никаких следов от спиц не было обнаружено. Честно нет слов, описать данную ситуацию и отношение этого бессовестного человека к животным. В добавок к тому когда она приезжала к нам со своим «волшебным» чемоданом, привезла инфекцию, которой заразился наш второй кот «герпес вирусной инфекцией» тут можно сделать вывод, что человек даже не обрабатывает свои инструменты, чемодан, после «лечения» других животных Такого человека НЕЛЬЗЯ ПОДПУСКАТЬ К ЛЕЧЕНИЮ ВАШИХ ПУШИСТИКОВ ТАК ЖЕ ПРЕЖДЕ ЧЕМ ВЕЗТИ К НЕЙ НА ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ПОЧИТАЙТЕ ОТЗЫВЫ НА ЕЕ САЙТЕ, где нет ни одного положительного отзыва касательно лечения
